Most answers depend on the day’s prep list, but these basics help set expectations for delivery, ingredients, catering and payment.

Where do you deliver?

Regular delivery covers Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Upper West Side, Downtown Brooklyn and Long Island City. Send your address if you are nearby and we will confirm the route.

Can you handle allergies?

We cook with common allergens in the kitchen, including wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. Tell us the allergy before ordering so we can advise clearly instead of promising blindly.

How far ahead should catering be requested?

Small office lunches may work with 24 hours’ notice. Larger family events, birthdays and weekend gatherings are better with 3–5 days so we can plan ingredients and timing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We confirm payment options when your order is approved. For larger catering, a deposit may be requested after the menu, date and delivery window are set.

Can I reserve a table?

Yes, for small groups when the kitchen schedule allows. Use the form with your preferred date, time, party size and any notes about the meal.
